1. Our subscription

MatchLens Pro may offer a paid subscription for premium football analytics, predictions, fixture insights and related features. The subscription is currently intended to cost £5 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.

2. Before you subscribe

Before payment, we will show the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included features, cancellation method, immediate-access position, refund/cooling-off information and support contact details.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. If you do not cancel before renewal, the next monthly payment may be taken.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel future renewals through the stated route, such as the Stripe customer portal, account settings or support at hello@matchlenspro.co.uk. We will not require unnecessary steps to cancel.

5. After cancellation

If you cancel, paid access will normally continue until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that, your account may return to the free tier or lose access to paid features. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account.

6. Refunds

Refund requests can be sent to hello@matchlenspro.co.uk. We will review refund requests fairly and in line with UK consumer law, including where there has been an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, cancellation error, material service failure or other legal right to a refund.

7. When refunds may not be given

Refunds will not normally be given only because a prediction was wrong, a match result was unexpected, a fixture changed, a player was injured, a line-up changed, you did not use the service, you forgot to cancel before renewal, or you changed your mind after using paid features unless the law gives you that right.

8. Cooling-off rights

Because MatchLens Pro provides digital football analytics and/or online services, cooling-off rules may depend on whether the subscription is legally classed as digital content, a service or a mixed contract. If paid access starts immediately, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and understand how this affects any cooling-off rights. Solicitor to confirm exact wording.

9. Service outages and failed payments

Short interruptions, maintenance, data-provider delays or temporary technical issues do not automatically create a refund right. If a payment fails, paid access may be paused, downgraded or cancelled.

10. Chargebacks and account deletion

If you believe a payment is wrong, contact us first so we can investigate. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or personal data; account deletion can be requested separately, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
