2. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, using MatchLens Pro, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. What MatchLens Pro provides

MatchLens Pro provides football analytics, fixture information, historical statistics, model-generated probability estimates, predicted scores, confidence indicators, form analysis and explanatory football insights. Outputs are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Not a betting service

MatchLens Pro is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, betting exchange, gambling operator, financial adviser or betting adviser. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, place wagers, settle wagers, process gambling payments or provide bookmaker accounts. At launch, MatchLens Pro does not provide bookmaker links, betting affiliate links or betting calls to action.

5. Informational use only

Predictions, probabilities, confidence ratings, model outputs, statistics and commentary are provided for general information and entertainment. They are not betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or professional advice. They are not an instruction to gamble, bet, trade, invest or risk money.

6. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe, unless we later introduce a legally reviewed age-appropriate version. We may close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used by someone under the required age.

7. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may require additional verification or reset access if we suspect unauthorised use, fraud or security risk.

8. Acceptable use

You must not scrape, crawl, copy or bulk extract data; resell or commercially exploit the service; reverse engineer model logic or code; bypass account limits, payment controls or security features; overload the service; impersonate others; use the service unlawfully; build a competing product; or train AI or machine-learning models using MatchLens Pro data without written permission.

9. Free and paid access

MatchLens Pro may offer free and paid access. Free accounts may have limited access to predictions, fixtures, insights or other features. The paid plan is currently intended to be £5 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.

10. Subscription renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the stated route, such as the Stripe customer portal, your account settings or support. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, and paid access may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.

11. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Refund and cooling-off rights may depend on whether MatchLens Pro is legally classed as digital content, a service or a mixed contract. Final cooling-off and immediate-access wording is reserved for solicitor review.

12. Data accuracy and third-party information

Football data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed or withdrawn. Fixtures can move, teams can rotate players, injuries can change and line-ups can be confirmed close to kick-off. We use reasonable care, but we do not guarantee every fixture, statistic, prediction or model output will be accurate, complete or up to date.

13. Changes to the service

We may update, improve, replace or remove features, models, data providers or layouts. We may suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider issues, capacity problems, legal reasons or commercial reasons.

14. Intellectual property

MatchLens Pro software, design, branding, model explanations, written content, visual layout and original presentation belong to us or our licensors. Football club names, league names, player names and other third-party marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or official status.

15. User content and feedback

If you save picks, notes, preferences or other content in your account, you retain any rights you have in that content. You allow us to use it as needed to provide and operate the service. If you send feedback, ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve MatchLens Pro without compensation.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, created legal/security/fraud risk, failed payment, misused the service, or where the law requires it. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

17. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, MatchLens Pro is not responsible for gambling losses, missed opportunities, loss of profit, decisions made using model outputs, losses caused by inaccurate third-party football data, provider outages, fixture changes, postponements, line-up changes, late data, or indirect/unforeseeable losses. Any liability cap is reserved for solicitor review.

18. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is used. We may use providers for hosting, database, payment, email, security and football data. Payment processors may process payment details; MatchLens Pro does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

19. Responsible analytics

Football predictions are uncertain. MatchLens Pro should not be treated as a way to guarantee income, winnings, betting success or profit. If you choose to gamble outside MatchLens Pro, only do so legally and responsibly.

20. Governing law and contact

These Terms are provisionally governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Final dispute wording is reserved for solicitor review. Contact: hello@matchlenspro.co.uk.
